Cancellation Policy

1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped.
2. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.
3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹100 advance payment is required to confirm the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. We do not offer returns on any products.
2. Exchange is allowed only in case of size-related issues and must be requested within 6 days of delivery.
3. Detailed exchange eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages.
4. The exchange policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
5. In case we do not have pickup service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office address.
6. Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

Note for Exchange

• The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Exchange requests that are not raised within 6 days of delivery will not be accepted.
• Exchanges are applicable only for size issues. No returns or refunds will be provided.
